Total Body #MIMM Circuit

Happy Monday evening to everyone!  I hope each of you had an Marvelous weekend and Monday! A big thank you to Katie at Healthy Diva Eats for hosting!!

As always, my weekend was Marvelous, but pretty dull…which I actually enjoyed just relaxing, but I’m pretty sure you don’t want to hear about that in these next few paragraphs. 😉  Instead, I thought I would share another MARVELOUS circuit for you to try and modify as needed.


  • 15 lb dumbbell reverse lunge off a 3″ box + a step up
  • 20lb incline chest press
  • Glute-ham raise
  • Lat pull-downs
  • Med ball wood chop and side slam

Repeat 2-4 times

Tabata Time!

  • 20 second Squats
  • 10 second rest
  • 20 second Burpees
  • 10 second rest

Repeat 3x total


  • 2-3 sets of 10 Stability Ball Pike Up (Easier: Start with your knees to shins on the ball) (Challenging: Start with your ankles or toes on the ball)
  • 2-3 sets of 10 Plank Hip Swivel (L/R=1 rep)
